How do I buy lift tickets online?

Lift tickets can only be bought online and can be purchased here.
To use an existing Chipcard you need the WTP number that is on the back of your Chipcard. If you do not have an Axess chipcard this can be bought online with your ski pass.

You simply log in and pay with your credit card. Next time you purchase a lift pass you will not need to register your personal data, Chipcard numbers and your creditcard information again.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy a ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.
 
We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user account. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register Chipcard numbers and names again as this will already be linked.

Do I need an existing Chipcard?

No you do not need to have an existing chipcard!

If you have an exisiting chipcard from before, you can load it up on our webshop. The ticket will be automatically activated when you first go through the lift gates.

If you do not have an Axess Chipcard you can buy one on our webshop. When you arrive at the resort you can collect your lift pass from one of the ticket machines. You can find the machines at the restaurant at Huldreheimen and outside at ski rental and Ålsheia. There you can scan the QR code associated with your order - this can be found in your email or when you log into your account on our ticket website. Next time you come you will just need to load up the chipcard online and then you can go straight to the lifts.  

If you are booking tickets for multiple people where some do have an exisiting chipcard and some don't you are still able to do this in one transaction online. Load up the chipcards to those that have one and buy a new card for those that do not have one.

Everyone who wants to use our lifts will need their own chipcard to pass through the gates.

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email to the address that you used in the webshop. This will also contain a QR code to use at the ticket machines if you have purchased a new Axess Chipcard. 

What is the difference between a Chipcard and a ticket?

Chipcard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort. The ticket is the ski pass that will be loaded onto the Chipcard.

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the back of the plastic card. 

I forgot my Chipcard at home

Please go to the ticketoffice at ski rental or Ålsheia and they will help you.

How do I add a ledsager card to my order?

If you have the need for a ledsager, you need to first book a ticket for yourself for the date you wish to come. The ledsager must send an email to post@sirdalskisenter.no with a copy or photo of the ledsagerbevis and we will send a promo code for the ledsager to use to buy a ticket for the child price.
