No you do not need to have an existing chipcard!
If you have an exisiting chipcard from before, you can load it up on our webshop. The ticket will be automatically activated when you first go through the lift gates.
If you do not have an Axess Chipcard you can buy one on our webshop. When you arrive at the resort you can collect your lift pass from one of the ticket machines. You can find the machines at the restaurant at Huldreheimen and outside at ski rental and Ålsheia. There you can scan the QR code associated with your order - this can be found in your email or when you log into your account on our ticket website. Next time you come you will just need to load up the chipcard online and then you can go straight to the lifts.
If you are booking tickets for multiple people where some do have an exisiting chipcard and some don't you are still able to do this in one transaction online. Load up the chipcards to those that have one and buy a new card for those that do not have one.
Everyone who wants to use our lifts will need their own chipcard to pass through the gates.
Chipcard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort. The ticket is the ski pass that will be loaded onto the Chipcard.
If you have the need for a ledsager, you need to first book a ticket for yourself for the date you wish to come. The ledsager must send an email to post@sirdalskisenter.no with a copy or photo of the ledsagerbevis and we will send a promo code for the ledsager to use to buy a ticket for the child price.
