No refund of cards/tickets is given due to technical as well as weather-related temporary closure/closure of a lift/climbing park
All tickets are personal and can only be used by 1 person. This rule does not include tickets for Mountain Cart.

* Person over 140 cm. Blue course: over 140 cm and 10 years to use the courses alone. Red course: over 140 cm and 13 years to ude the courses alone.
** Kids 110-140 cm. Kids under 10 y/o needs to be under supervision by an responsible adult in the green courses
*** Kids 80-110 cm. Kids under 6 y/o needs to be under supervision by an responsible adult in the green courses
**** If anyone is below 140 cm they need to be joined by an adult in the mountain cart.
